Blade: Heimskringla pattern damasteel
Handle: G10 ( fibreglass-epoxy composite)
Fittings: Antiqued and textured bronze
Guard: Cold forged sheet bronze, pierced and blackened
Display stand: Oak
Weight: 1384 gram
Idea: The “Evil Twin” was hatched as an idea after the completion of “Acheron”, a cutlass I finished two years earlier. Another sword with the same heritage but with a more raw and gritty appeal was requested. This one was also to be as light, swift and lethal as possible. Leaving the total weight at 1384gr and balance point Abt 10cm/4″ in front of the guard. It’s an awesome, fast and menacing piece. Resting here on a backdrop of a 130yr old oak slab…I thought it fit the bill just right
